These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WingMaster app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the app.
WingMaster is a digital coaching and training platform for watersports athletes. The app is for personal, non-commercial use. Users must be at least 13 years old.
You are responsible for your account credentials. Sharing login details is not permitted.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.
WingMaster provides remote coaching by approved instructors. You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded content. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from training activities.
All app content is owned by WingMaster OÜ or licensed creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without permission.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made regarding results or performance improvements.
To the extent permitted by law, WingMaster OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account inside the app under Settings → Delete Account.

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
